If I've seen that line once, I've seen it a hundred times. The press loves this kind of story. "See? See? This is what religious people act like." The only thing that would have brought the press more joy would have been proof that they were Republicans, or "Had Guns In The Home."
These parents need to be put away, or as Dan says, hung. They do not need to be trotted out as ghastly examples of religious belief.
God help the other poor kids in this family.
