It doesn't work that way for Special Ops
I remember how the Press covered a Special Ops mission back in December 1992. They were waiting on a beach shining bright lights in the faces of SEALS coming ashore in Somalia. Had I been one of those SEALS, my first act probably would've been to shoot out some of those lights, but that's just my opinion.
Special Ops forces operate in the shadows. The last thing they need is some stupid reporter tagging along drawing attention to himself and having a hard time keeping up.
