I put the word hate in parentheses like so...'hate' not to add emphasis as in hate or hate but to point out that I don't really hate them but rather the quotes were meant to soften the blow.
I am very well aware several folks here identify with the word liberal - I myself am liberal in some social aspects. (For example, while I dislike abortion I am opposed to outlawing it.)
I perhaps should have also used parentheses around the word 'liberal' to emphasize just those ones who proclaim it loudly and write hatchet jobs.
No offense was intended at anyone here who are clearly in a different league as the 'limousine liberal'.
