Eleven year old boys just BEGIN to hang out with various peer groups, and unless they're all saints, "boys will be boys" and like young bucks or colts, they're always up to something.
Even if your son is a good boy, he'll WANT to be bad, and start silly pranks with the neighbours. This will continue until he's at least 15 (with any luck at all).
As for your 14 year old daughter.
Either lock her up at night, or get out the birth control. As I said before, it's not HER, but those hormonally driven little boys that are out there swarming, all jacked up on the bias of TV commercials, magazine ads, and MTV.
(Not to mention what they've been watching late at night on their friends computers...........eegad!)
