Bush Jr. sealed the records the same week he was inaugerated:

We all knew then he was covering HIS backside, his Dads' and that other CIA puppet, Reagan. Nobody, but nobody was to bring up or uncover any of their policies over the past twenty years that might have been illegal as far as Congress and the American people were concerned.
Bush once stated that "he'd throw himself in front of a train for his father". Now just what does that mean to you?
