Agreed. I have not yet found a detailed account of how much Enron employees were forced into the stock versus how much they latched on to it voluntarily while the stock was skyrocketing. Any helpful references?

It does seem that employees were prevented from selling while the big boys were selling out on insider information. This latter is a crime by the way under current laws, and such crimes are not an indictment of capitalism or corporations in general no matter how much Democrats would like to paint it as such.
