<What's with all this BS? "The government" needs to prosecute any criminal actions and if necessary make a new law or two to prevent this kind of flim flam from happening in the future. Period. No one is a stronger supporter of a market economy than me, but I realize for a market economy to exist there have to be rules.

No argument, by and large. There are already laws on the books about this stuff, and it's just a matter of busting these guys. It was Matthews that I quoted about trying to make stocks in general look bad, and about cutting Social Security privatization off at the knees, not you. And you can't argue about the fact that his article is written as a battle plan for the Democratic Party.
