I am no corporate lawyer but I hope there are numerous prosecutions available. In any case, Anderson's stock sales last summer should/will be revoked by the SEC with profit$ returned plus $ penalties. Sorta like they nailed Al Capone on tax evasion. Insider knowlege influencing trading is illegal and easier to prove in this instance.

They cannot do enough bad things to these people.

And it's for the good of the capatilist & corporate investor system to do so. Our stock exchange has thrived because it is more rigorous and exacting in its truth in financial reporting than overseas markets. Were this to change markedly, stocks will fall precipitously.
