For every crook you throw out there are a dozen or more waiting to take their place.

For every accounting firm caught...there are hundreds who helped fraudulently deceive shareholders of the income (or lack thereof) of 'e-corporations'.

And as big as the enron collapse is - if you add up the number of stockholders e-dollars which evaporated when the stock market collapsed - this is somewhere like a thousandth of it!

While it in know way exonerates these folks - my cynical side I try to keep in check - knows that they are as common as horseflies around horse-doo-doo.
