The Fed thinks things are getting better.
The tough but smart choice the Auto industry made to sell at 0% has helped a lot.
The big ? on the horizon IMHO is that it might turn out a large fraction of the Accounting Industry got corrupted over the last few years and we will have even more big profit write-downs and corruption scandals. This would be really bad for a long time.
