Stop being deliberately dim. No one is arguing with this simple statement, with the possible exception of the usual liberal implication that Clinton was somehow responsible for it. What was horseshit were the statements immediately following, that Bush was responsible for the recession, and did it with tax cuts.
You have implied causality where there is none, just because two events are chronologically related, a common and obvious trick.
