Hi Tom,
I got such a laugh out of this Washington Post piece, especially the bit about the voluntary concealment of the "two east coast primary shadow government operation centers".
If representatives of the shadow government started urinating from the top of the WP building down on their reporters as they left - they would think it was rain.
Shadow government is not a synonym for the continuity of government COG facilities or personnel.
Yes, the implications for the casual reader is that BUSH IS OUT OF CONTROL!!!!
SECRET SHADOW GOVERNMENT!
FORMER SS SOLDIERS ADVISE RIDGE!
CHENEY'S SS AGENTS BEAT UP DRUNK!
SS OFFICERS TAKE AWAY ROSIE AND SANDRA TO NEW GAY DETENTION FACILITY!
NEW BUSH DEPRESSION CAUSED BY TAX CUTS FOR THE WEALTHY!
CHARLTON HESTON APPOINTED HEAD OF FEDERALLY ANNOINTED MILITIA BY BUSH!
OIL COMPANIES MAKE NEW MONEY BINS FULL OF THOUSAND DOLLAR BILLS FROM NEW AFGHAN OIL REVENUES!
OSAMA BIN LADEN SPOTTED AT WHITEHOUSE PARTY FOR SAUDI RULE ANNIVERSARY TOASTING BUSH AND HIS DAD!
BUSH REPEALS BILL OF RIGHTS!
NEWSPAPER GIANT WASHINGTON POST BURNED TO GROUND BY HOMELAND DEFENSE BROWNSHIRTS!
While this may exaggerate the pieces they print - these are clearly the titles THEY hope PEOPLE start thinking about!
I know that all this negative attacking just further strengthens Bush's convictions and of those who surround him. Anyone who is falsely accused and slandered is bound to develop a strong dislike for the accusers. Like Nixon who had to deal with psychotic anti-war demonstrators whose life was one big hallucination, Bush has to deal with an endless parade of socialists, sociopaths, perverts and foreign agitators manipulating the more intellectually challenged of our populace.
Fortunately, when the media has their slimy tentacles in full twist mode - this means the desperation level is increasing. The shrillness factor is now tangibly visible.
The Executive Orders are flying fast and furious and there's nothing they can do about it.
It's GLORIOUS!
