Politics IS the corporate fix!
Don't you know that by now? While a total scumbag, Clinton did it, too. He just had a domestic policy which tolerated poorer people, instead of believing all government was intended to make the rich richer.
Enron didn't get bailed out because there was no more money by the time they asked. In reality, Enron got pretty much everything they wanted while the price of their stock was up. Like the rich kid on the playground who has completely spent his allowance, their "friends" disappeared when they had no more to give.
And, politics in the US IS the "corporate fix". What did you think it was?
