Man, you pick some strange hills to die for.

Tom posted a link which says the leaflets were dropped from international airspace taking advantage of altitude and meteorlogical conditions (wind, no doubt). You don't bother to contradict the fact that they were shot down over international waters

If you can't furnish a link or a citation that contradicts that claim you should stifle.

As to the other part, as long as there is no history of any unarmed aircraft being shot down over Chittling Switch, MS or any other American city, how can you engage in the outrageous speculation on what would happen? Can you produce one scrap of evidence from any source, regardless of credibility, prior to 911, that states that it would be U.S. policy to blast an unarmed aircraft out of the sky with or without warning.

I call your attention to the fact that several years ago a nut in DC attempted to crash a plane into the White House. No shots fired.

Frankly, it is highly likely that a leaflet dropping plane would have been ignored or at most forced down. I cannot imagine a scenario where an unarmed plane would have been fired on in those days.

How many times have you washed your hands today Bowser?
