Whereas the billing contact is listed just down the road a ways at:
Stratfor Accounting (likely just a billing address used as a flag for the firm they use, not like they would actually own an accounting firm)
504 Lavaca St., Suite 1100
Austin , TX

But you are right. The only way to know is to get up and go.
