For any State law to put this tragic event on the same level as a murder-for-hire or getting drunk and blowing away a brother-in-law is pathetic or shooting a convenience store clerk.
The woman murdered her kids, AND she's one sick puppy, AND she needs to not be loose, AND the entire world around her knew she was sick.
There's really no sense in trying to explain that, though, to many people. They'd never get it.
Texas! I wonder if the Mexicans would have it back? They have their pride, too, I guess.
