Palestinian ideals
<...Not flattering for the Palestinians, either, but they reveal a fight for ideals rather than a cold, calculated slaughter.
The Israelis are fighting for their existence as a cultural and political entity, not to mention their lives. It's worth noting that the Palestinian suicide bombings started long before the tanks rolled (something that seems to escape a lot of people). And I believe I have already described the Palestinian "ideals."
I would like you as an exercise to imagine what Palestine, its government, its economy, and its dedication to human rights would be like right this minute if Israel and its inhabitants had vanished in a puff of purple smoke 20 years ago.
Just one more Arab thugocracy. Ideals, my ass.
