All well and good in a perfect world
U.S. Courts provide for a change of venue when public sentiment makes it immpossible to get a fair trial.
What chance does the U.S. or Isreal have when we are hated by 70% and synagogues are being torched on a regular basis in Europe?
At this point in time all the court will do is cause more polarization. Courts must be based on fairness and having an open mind. This does not exist in the world today. It is all about power, economics and national agendas.
