What you've got to keep in kind is that Al Queda's objective is nothing less than creating the Islamic Paradise on earth, and destroying Israel and evil non-Islamic societies in the process. Sounds laughable, delusional, but it's the truth. They've said so themselves. Compared to that, the some Jewish settlements on the West Bank or in Gaza are but a trivial afterthought, not even worthy of mention.
