And if you did, what would happen to you 5, 10, 25 years later?
This is the danger I see: that Americans who are tough enough to kill a child, even though she makes herself a target with accessories, will either be done in emotionally by the experience, or were heartless bastards that scare me to death in the first place.
Along with the weaponry, let's get some therapists ready to help repair the damage that will be done to the hearts of soldiers fighting such a foe. There are all kinds of ways to lose a war.
