Maybe its not the Constitution

That's getting in the way.

It's scary he would complain that the document, the ideas, the freedoms guaranteed under that Constitution get in the way of what he wants to do.

Could it be the interpretation of the Constitution by the Supreme Court and not the ideals of the document?
