The "Knights in Shining Armor" jousting team thinks there should be 10 men on a side.
The "Black Scoundrels" jousting team thinks there should be as many men on a side as could be recruited, the present rules.
A jousting match to determine the outcome is won by the "Knights in Shining Armor", vanquishing the "Black Scoundrels" on this issue. Therefore, will be 10 people on a side after July 1, 2002.
The "Knights in Shining Armor" play within the rules, all the people they can recruit, until July 1, when they will cut back to 10 men.
Hypocrisy?
