<...Now, we know what happened in that Israeli settlement. The Israelis let the press cover it. We aren't able to find out if there were women and children shot or bulldozed in Ramallah, Jenin or the others. The Israelis wisely keep out journalists.
I may be mistaken, but I thought Jenin was up to its butt in journalists now. I sure see a lot of pictures from there. A cynic might say that the only reason we aren't getting a bunch of stories on Jenin is because the Great Massacre isn't panning out like they'd hoped. (48 bodies so far, including combatants)
And it may surprise you, but I agree that Israel should give up at least some of the settlements. A quick and dirty solution would be for Israel to give the Palestinians a big chunk of contiguous West Bank, kick the Palestinians out of Gaza, and build one hell of a big wall around the new borders of Israel. My personal opinion is that if this happened, the Palestinian radicals would still continue their attacks on Israel, but at least the wall would help. The fence around Gaza has severely curtailed terrorist incursions from that area
