Sorry, I'm not trying to be sarcastic or anything. I am honestly missing what I think is an important piece of information in this discussion, and I had no luck tracking anything down on my own. Closest thing I could find was an 1967 Armistice, which said nothing that I could see about the disposition of Palestinians.

I am always willing to look at new data.
