He was apparently pulled over by the police for speeding 3 separate times during his rampage and either given a citation or a warning and then sent on his way.
I'll put him in the category with the two morons who shot up Columbine HS. Same mentality, somewhat different approach, thankfully a much different result.
After seeing his propensity to smile at the camera's at every opportunity, I think he'll have trouble saying the rampage was caused by depression.
I Hope a jury somewhere has the sense to make an example out him
