Free fire zone

"Sure, there are Palestinians who think that terrorism is a lousy way to get what they need, and in the privacy of their homes, weep with frustration and sorrow every time a suicide bomber succeeds."

Did any of those live in the dynamited apartments? You don't know, or do you?

Probably doesn't matter. Your "free fire zone" (remember those) is limited to Palestinian zip codes and includes them all. I can understand that.

Now, does it exclude the odd house with a Christian living in it? Or would that be collateral damage, they shouldn't have been there? Or is it just Palestinians?

How about Muslims. Does it need to be a resident where a Palestinian Muslim lives? Or just any Muslim?

I can understand you think ALL Palestinians are fair game. Is that just because they are Palestinian? You're saying all Palestinians think the same way, do the same things, slavishly follow their leaders exactly the way conservatives follow GWB?

What if a Palestinian doesn't like suicide bombings? What if some of them are like some Americans, regarding GWB as something less than our nations finest? Or do they all think alike, and it's right, just, and fair to dynamite any house and the neighbors they'd like?

I'm having a hard time not reading that into what you are writing. I wouldn't blame you for trying to weasel out of it, really.

But to someone who understands English, it looks as if we now have middle-class Americans condoning racially motivated hate crimes on a mass production basis.

And, calling it "retaliation". It was even "retaliation" when there were no suicide bombings, because they were going to come. You knew they wanted to bomb. It's always "retaliation".

As Carl Jung said, "The center of all iniquity is always 5 kilometers behind enemy lines."

You do the right-wing proud. Ya done good. Most of 'em aren't honest enough to expose their real beliefs, at least so starkly.
