Governments from time to time must destroy homes for the purpose of progress. It's called emminent domain I believe. If the families involved are compensated then there is justice, if not there is injustice, but not "terrorism." The fact is Al Qaida would not "...surround a Chicago "project", force the residents into the streets, level it..." THEY WOULD LEVEL IT WITH THE RESIDENTS IN IT. That's why they are terroists!
