PS For there to be eminent domain, the state had to own the land in the first place, and they aren't allowed to deprive the current owners without due process and compensation. Although you made a valiant effort to establish the first condition, clever reasoning, actually, it wouldn't make it, and the due process and compensation processes seem to have escaped Israeli consideration.
