Ho hum.......nothing ever changes in a bureaucracy. It's the same old infighting, backbiting, upstaging attempts by individuals. Add to that their level of power, competency/incompetency, rules and regulations, personal agendas, biases, etc. and it's not hard to see how the warnings of 9/11 were shelved...... perhaps for personal matters. To endanger and threaten Ellen, the FBI informant was a bad call. Now Williams integrity may be smeared.
