The Israelis, as far as I can tell, are responding to the latest terrorist attack by knocking down Arafat's offices around his ears again. All without touching Arafat's sacred self of course.
What the hell this is supposed to accomplish is more than I can see. If they're going to get Arafat, they should just go ahead and get him. Like I said last time this happened, this is like a kid kicking a bully's house, but leaving the bully untouched.
