However, even if you do own that Mac, GWB can, on a whim, decide to hold you forever, without benefit of any of the Bill of Rights including being charged with anything, while your Mac gets obsolete all by itself at home.

You can proudly announce to the guards that you have a Mac, that Bill Gates couldn't force you to buy anything else.

You can't tell your attorney about the Mac, though, or a judge, or a jury. Sort of like not being an "enemy combatant". You can't tell an attorney, or judge or jury. But you can own the Mac.
