No nation on Earth has done more to promote peace and encourage a family of nations to exist than the United States.

If the US ever actually sees itself the sole enforcer of peace, then look-out: Peace you want, then peace you'll get, but expect it on Washington's terms.

I say build your "World Court". Start establishing a body of "World Common law". But remember that the first body of Common Law is often referred to disparagingly as "The Law of the Sea". The US will join this "New World Court" when it is ready. (Ie. after the New World Court has proven that it is not the pawn of the "Hate America First" third world). Or when the next Apologist Liberal Democrat takes the Whitehouse and Congress.
