I heard the phrases,

"Illegal war"
"American Imperialism"
"Robber Barons"
"Racist"
"Jim Crow"
"Red-Baiting"
"McCarthyism"
"conformist"
"decadent"
etc...etc...etc....in the California State School System...

...I would have retired by now.

And I missed the worst part of it - by a longshot. The new texts are absolutely horrific examples of PC-insanity based upon some affirmative action manifesto attempting to impose guilt upon the unsuspecting CA pupil - for the actions of his evil, decadent, biggest consuming nation. As Tom might say, I could spend a lifetime posting excerpts from today's state-issued texts, and never get to the end of it.

The PC movement has its roots in "free love" era politics and the total rejection of the Eisenhower-era family values which these spoiled brats emerged and were too young to appreciate.

California - and specifically Northern California is is the PC citadel.

If your parents are totally oblivious and self-absorbed, post-free-love era turned materialists like Lindh's, and you emerge from the northern CA schools which espouse the "evils" of capitalism, America's foreign policy and America's founding fathers - you are ripe for the preachings of muslim austerity and that insane camel dung collector, Mohammed, and his bad rip off of the first five books of Abraham's old testament.

I stand by my assertion.

The "revisionist" American history is in full force in northern CA public schools and is messing up kids - Lindh is just one of the more obvious examples - yet there are hundreds of thousands of others with messed up heads and feeling their share of "collective American guilt".
