But I think it's odd that conservatives don't see a danger in institutionalizing a govt. payout.
I did hear your arguements that the govt already spends cash on education, so theoritically the money paid out will be saved on the other end. And Larry's conflicting arguement that the feds spend little cash on k-12.
Still, doesn't it feel just a little funny from your side of the table? Don't you see a danger in a new bureau being formed 10 years from now, ala the Social Security Administration?
