Get a second opinion on the tax ramifications...It appears that any punative damages would be taxable. (Unless your accountant and lawyers can creatively tie Al Queda to a German Nazi Plot to inflict damage on you because of your race, creed, sexual orientation, etc...in which case the monetary award would be entirely tax-free...)

And please remember old Scott. I really am hard up for some cash right now.
