They can probably use the cute little thing. If nothing more, they can hope to clean up their dirty little continent with it, and similar technologies.

But I don't know many folks in the real world who would run right out and snap up a car that maxes out at 50 mph. And a refill every 170 miles?

Hmm-m...

Didn't work for Ford -- but then, Ford isn't feeding off the Chinese market, either.
