An astonishing number of problems with corporations, politics, and other things could be solved by simply making it as unconstitutional for the government to interfere with economic activity as it is to interfere with religious and press activity. And for pretty much identical reasons.

Our "mixed economy" is the source for many abuses for which capitalism and the free market take the blame.
