Just about every Florida county that had problems in 2000
had Democrats in charge of their elections process. Face it, Democrats and honest elections seldom go together. Either it's dead people voting (as in Chicago) or fraudulent absentee voting (as in Alabama and many other Democrat strongholds), blatant dishonesty and corruption seems most pronounced when Democrats are in charge.
