Searched the cars and the vicinity for explosives and turned the gentlemen loose.

What kind of police state are we running anyway? Surely we could have found some reason to send them to Gitmo.

Looks like they will not even be prosecuted for yanking the woman's chain but they were cited for crashing the toll booth.
