FrankC - "Have you had that therapy? It could be helpful for you in a world where you live on the outer edge of the bell curve."
Well, Frank, on this board I am on the outer edge. There is no curve, there is a large clump on one side and then 2 or 3 or 4 of us on the other extreme. And, there are far, far more people in the world who believe as I do.
Y'see, you guys have to band together and reinforce each other. None, read zero, zip, nada, of you would have the courage to go where you weren't in the majority, let alone stay there, or articulate ideas which were unpopular. Don't have it in you. You're the guy who says to "kiss their asses" when in the minority, remember. See what I mean about courage?
A guy who's talking about others coping skills, when his coping skill when in the minority is to "kiss their asses". A-mazing!
In the light of day, your beliefs would collapse faster than WorldCom. Mushrooms only grow in the dark. And, if you'll notice, except for one person the rest of you are limited to saying something on the order of "that's dumb" or "that's not real". And the one guy who will consistently come up with something substantive only grazes me half the time and the other half is off fighting Bill Clinton or Karl Marx. And half the talking points come from Rush.
But what am I doing? You're also the guy who says that Afghanis "get used" to seeing their friends and families killed by "friendly fire". That's a compassionate guy just filled with understanding of his fellow man, isn't it. How could I reason with you?
Silly me.
