I'm not God!!
I know you don't want to believe it, but until we can help you figure that out you might be a bit cautious about lecturing people on "reality". Believing I'm God indicates a badly slipping view of the Universe.
The meds help with that, I'm told. They say they aren't all that bad if you don't chew them. And stop smoking the "other stuff".
Kinda help get your feet back on the ground.
