Bowser never answered my definition of evil...

and I don't expect him too anytime soon. Because then he would have to take a stand and define his own position regarding the acts of others.

Yes evil exists all around us. So does good. Depending upon our own development evil either completely surrounds us or is almost completely invisible. If evil is indeed invisible to Bowser, we are forced to question his own development and ability to discern progressive constructiva action from negative destructive action in any given context.

Bowser is fond of word games. We all still await the proof of Ashcroft's religion interfering with his job.

You really hit a soft spot with all these folks, Tom.

Ironically, the masses who protest against war are almost ALWAYS as imbalanced as the most blood-thirsty "revenge-seeker"

They are trying to make amends for past imbalances where they were the revenge-seekers and they have GUILT.

The average leftist becomes a rabid pacifist - usually to balance certain inspecific guilt complexes.

Bowser's is obvious and easier to understand - he is still balancing out Vietnam. Vietnam indeed was an awfully executed, mismanaged war, which turned men into civilian killers and where people were fighting who didn't enlist.

For others it may go far deeper, into childhood acts of bullying others, stealing, etc.

Yet others it may go back into distant pasts - indeed some of today's young protesters could have died in either WWI, WWII, Kore and Vietnam. They subconsciously not only fear war, but they may also carry unresolved guilts from the actions they committed in these wars. Naturally one way to balance these things is to ACTIVELY denounce war and proclaim all wars evil.

For them, this may indeed be a good thing. As such I can't condemn all protesters as evil - because to them - they believe and obviously NEED to exert this counter waveform.

Indeed gather up all the most vociferous protesters and you probably can find in that grouping some of histories "bad guys" - even though now they seem to have good intentions.

It is because of these negative pasts however - that average folks still find them very unsympathetic and reject their views - because this signal (their consciousness) still contains the records of these past actions. They may seem hypocritical, mentally imbalanced or malicious as the voice their views - yet they can't do otherwise until they develop more balance on the issue.

It is all very complex.

Wars in themselves are not wholly evil. Like all things, there always must exist some good in them. Depending upon the circumstances some wars may be the only way available to address and balance other strongly perverted wave forms and societal distortions. Wars also give many a learning ground where they must really introspect and analyze their own emotions, desires and fears.

This is the infinite view of war. Humanity unbeknownst to itself is gathering knowledge to express ever more infinitely - or intelligently.

Knee jerk reactions of good and evil become obsolete. Complex developmental interpretations of governments, groups and individuals acts are the order of the day.

With this broader perspective one realizes that under certain circumstances a diseased plant must be pulled to save the garden.
