Well, is this evil?

<Bush's case against Baghdad stumbles

"President George Bush and his advisers have built a substantial part of their case against the Iraqi President on his use of chemicals in the Iran-Iraq war of 1981-88. But yesterday former US officers said the Iraqis regularly included chemical attacks in battle plans drawn up for them by the US.

"A veteran of the program told The New York Times the Pentagon "wasn't so horrified" by Iraq's use of gas. "It was just another way of killing people," he said. "Whether with a bullet or with phosgene, it didn't make any difference."

Now it used to be that the person planning a murder was as guilty as those who committed it. In the old days.

Is this evil, or do you have to see it and label it first? And you think I'm God when you're up there crowding him out. Maybe God took a day off and you da Man for a while.

Thanks for the help on this situation, though.
