what if the US military under the auspices of Reagan-Bush did it - wrote the plans for using nerve gas, helped with meteorlogical information, tactics, etc.
Would that have been evil? If they did it?
Or is that too much of a hypothetical upon which to conjecture?
Or is it too embarrassing?
