Over the past several months, the U.S. has had diplomats travelling the globe trying to get support for the War on Terror, stating that everyone was a target.
How many more examples do you think the holdouts of the world need?

Global terrorism is a threat to everyone. We're all targets, some larger than others. It is a proven fact that negotiations will not work, so there is no way the U.S. would support bartering with these known extortionists.
Now -- what non-military solution do you have in mind?
