Garbage out, garbage in?
:)

But to your point:
"Intelligent design has nothing to do with gods. The premise is that someone built the Universe on purpose. I, therfore, propose a new theory:"

I agree that intelligent design has nothing neccessarily to do with gods or God. But the premise of intelligent design doesn't means we or the universe was built on purpose. Though the belief in God could imply this- depending on your particular dogma. You could have intelligent design of life on this planet, and have a "godless" and "spiritless" prospective. Life could simply be some effect of some "other" lifeform- an accident, some planning, or completely planned so fate is a "fixed course"- any personal option being an illusion (that would be pretty boring).
Intelligent design isn't even an argument against most of the theory of evolution- "the design" could be designed to confound to a changing environment- in fact it's unlikely any other option would work.
Intelligent design's premise is that life (lifeforms, we are familar with) didn't start by chance. Intelligent design could be started by alien spores (see Lensman series:). It could be started "some sort of energy wavelength" (see SDAI-Tech1:). It could be some quantum leak from other dimensions (see SDAI-Tech1 or any other wackjob:). It could leftovers from previous existance or big bang (see Lexx:). But you could say, "so what"? Where did life (or whatever caused life) start in very beginning.
And that's what I mean. Time is property of this universe. The question is, 'is your universe unaffected by any other "universe"'- or does our universe "breakdown" or got any "holes" in it. If our universe is completely and utterly "sealed off" from "any 'timeless' reality" then you can correctly say, "Who created the creator".
