Wow.. Did I call it or what?
Instead of a discussion on the issues, my bro sprinx takes a shot at my ol alma mater...(for those out of the loop, scroll down a bit)... something tells me I would have been better off describing myself as a homeless chump who had stole my laptop from some harvard schmo, than admitting to being a SWTSU grad (believe me, even the kids at Houston Tech laugh at us)
---now back to the debate...
you write:
""Yes, you're quite right that the national coverage of the D.C. antiwar rally was quite spotty. It's very interesting, don't you think, for our "liberal media" to give short-shrift to such a seemingly attractive opportunity to promote its leftist views? Hmmm""""
It could be THAT, or it could be that there were so many "Sharon=Hitler" signs meshed in with the "Free Mumia" posters, that it was just too hard to find a focus.. It's tough to find the moral outrage in Saranden's stroll.. How's anyone gonna take Jesse seriously when he exhibited the same "moral outrage" at the mere suggestion that "OJ did it" in last months "Barbershop" movie...
There's just so much "moral" outcry the liberal media can cover before their ratings begin to plunge...
which leads me to the most interesting point you've made this evening..
IF FOX continues to kill the competition, Donahue,Rather, and the rest
will start whistlin' dixie...
