Maybe I misunderstood you
When you said: "Don't see any special protection for idiots, parasites, felons, or anyone else you wouldn't trust to decide on an ice cream flavor, much less selection of national leadership."
I thought you were claiming that the law needed to list special protections for any people to permit them to vote. I was pointing out that the law clearly says all citizens can vote. That is, no special "protections" are required.
What percent of voters do you think would fail your test of who should vote?
