There may be a world out there where the President of the United States doesn't kill whoever he feels like killing. Doesn't sit on the throne, drinking his "pretzels", watching his TV set, deciding to kill a few here, a few there, and, "darnit, it got dark and we don't get to kill a few over there".
This one is a bit like ancient Rome, isn't it. The Ruler just does in anyone he feels like doing in. Used to think that was barbaric, didn't we? Don't any more.
Now we just accept it as a matter of course. Kill at will, with no accountability. Because he's President of the United States.
As a matter of fact, some people glory in the killing.
