I would agree that in "most non-urgent situations"
the rule of law should be followed, but the situation is most urgent. These people are flying passenger planes into inhabited skyscrapers, and if they get the chance they'll gladly set off a nuke in your home town. We have to hunt down these rabid barbarians with extreme prejudice, and take them out in the most brutal way possible. They must be shown that their make believe god is impotent and incapable of protecting them.
